Sure, we could have fit 14 reformers in our class floor, but that wouldn't fit our vision.  We want our members to receive personalized instruction throughout the class.  Speaking of reformers:  We are using Balanced Body's newest reformer, The Bravo Reformer.  It combines the best attributes of the previous generations designs.  We are proud to be the only studio in Nashville that has these.

Sometimes it's just hard to find the time to workout.  Especially in Summer.  Our childcare to allow you the time you need to get your workout complete and on your schedule.

Still? Sparkling? Room temperature?  It's always up to you when you refresh here at Reforme.  Our Culligan Quench allows you to choose from a variety of options and flavors.  Also, we recommend adding the Electrolytes after a tough workout or trip to the Sauna. Complimentary!
