Yes, free parking is available on-site. 

Most studios charge separately for Pilates and sauna. At Reforme, both are included  in one membership. Add in a 200- member cap, no franchise model, and instructors who are here because they love the work— and you’ll feel the difference from day one. 

We have 10 of the newest Balanced Body Reformers- the Bravo- and two semi-private Sunlighten infrared sauna suites- all under one roof. 

Not at all. We have one class type built for every body and every level. Our instructors adjust your resistance, range, and challenge in real time — so your first class and your fiftieth class are both the right level of hard. You'll figure it out in the first five minutes and wonder why you waited so long.

We have one signature class: a 50-minute reformer Pilates flow that rotates through five focus areas — so every session is different, and your body never stops adapting. This is the class you'll build your practice around.

We also offer specialty sports sessions designed for specific athletes — golfers, tennis and racquet sports players, runners. These classes are built around the demands of your sport: the movement patterns, the muscle imbalances, the injury prevention. If you play, they'll change how you train.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist — we hold up to 10 spots. If a space opens up, you'll automatically be added to the class and notified by email and push notification. The waitlist closes 2 hours before class begins, so be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist beforehand if your plans change.

Minimum age of 18

Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are required and available for purchase if you don’t have a pair. 

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your first class to get set up on the reformer. 

We hold a strict 5-minute late arrival window. After that, the door closes. It protects the class experience for everyone inside.

We know life happens — this policy exists to protect your fellow members, not to penalize you.

What is a Sunlighten sauna?

Sunlighten is the leading infrared sauna brand, backed by over 37 clinical studies. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat penetrates your body directly — delivering a deeper sweat at a lower, more comfortable temperature. Benefits include muscle recovery, cortisol reduction, improved sleep, and detoxification. It's the only sauna we'd put in Reforme.

Our Sunlighten mPulse Discover saunas offer six clinically-backed wellness programs: Detox, Cardio, Weight Loss, Relaxation, Muscle Recovery, and Anti-Aging. Each program automatically adjusts the infrared wavelengths and intensity to target your specific goal.

Yes- sauna sessions are included with all memberships. Regular members receive 12 sessions per month and founding members receive 14 sessions per month. Sessions are valid for the current month only and do not roll over. 

No protective eyewear is required. However, if you’re sensitive to light you may want to close your eyes or look away from the red light panels during your session. 

We have two infrared saunas, each seating up to four members. They're shared — and honestly, that's intentional. Reforme is a community, not a spa. Come with a friend or come solo. Either way, you're in good company.

One Reforme class per day, 14 sauna sessions/month, towels, water, tea, and access to our amenity bar with dry shampoo and deodorant. You also get discounted pricing on Reforme merch. One flat rate. No add-ons, no surprises.

Memberships include one class per day.

We get it — life happens. We don't charge a late cancellation fee, but we do ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class starts. It goes a long way for your fellow members on the waitlist. Help us keep the good faith going! 🤍

No— founding members rates are non-reinstatable. Once cancelled, rejoining would be at the current rate available at that time. 

Easy— click the Membership tab, choose your membership and you’re in. It takes less than 5 minutes and your spot is secured the moment you sign up. Founding membership spots are limited so don’t wait. 

Your membership begins on our grand opening date, May 1st (tentatively)-- even if you sign up before then. Founding members can enjoy preview week on us starting late April. 

You’ll be charged at sign up— that payment covers your first full month starting May 1st. You won’t be billed again until June 1st.
